Burrito

Burrito

Well, when he was only a few weeks old, HE ALREADY HAD HAIR.

He was a baby, and walked like his little tiny feet, and his hair and whiskers went back and forth.

Now, of course, he still has hair and whiskers. An excellent asset for a dog, because even when they are babies, dogs with whiskers look smart and wise, and funny at the same time.

Burrito joined us from 8 TNR program in western Greece, along with his brother Donut. He grew up with us and we adore him.

He is one of the sweetest babies, he makes the sweetest joys, and when he gets tired he goes and lies down like a baby and watches with one eye open and his whiskers spilling on the floor.

Bikini

Bikini

So, let us tell you the whole story.

She was a baby when we met her and among so many puppies, who had come in dozens when we were in the 8th TNR program, we didn't tell her apart nor did she look what she was because she was still an infant.

And then little by little all the puppies began to grow, and so did she. And then all the puppies started to grow taller, EXCEPT HER.

Bikini is like a normal dog whose paws went into the wash. Very. She is short-legged, sassy, very funny and at the same time very sweet, and has the softerst fur in the world.

Fred

Fred

If he were an artist he would be Fred Astaire probably – dancer, choreographer, singer and actor, all of that together.

Funny, and nice, and a star and chic but also relatable and generally many things together and many talents together.

Fred is a happy, sweet puppy, smiling with his eyes, mouth and ears, and all the creases on his face, which he inherited from a great-grandfather who probably belonged to those breeds with many wrinkles.

He is vaccinated and dewormed and is looking for his forever home.

Ginger

Ginger

Ginger is a very sweet puppy. Sweet.

She may be afraid of things she doesn't know and haven't seen before, but despite her fear she wants to explore, she wants to absorb what's new to learn, see and smell, she wants to overcome her fears, and she succeeds every time.

She is very sweet with other dogs, and with cats, and she is very sweet with people.

If he doesn't know you well, he might not approach you right away. But he will approach you quickly, trust you and love you.

If you take her home, she will be a little scared at first, but she will go for a walk. If you walk in quiet places you will be a little hesitant.

If a car passes in front of her, she may get scared and sit down, but then she will get up and continue her walk. The less he is afraid of the outside world, the more confident he will be, and the more functional she will be.

She came with us from the 8th sterilization action in Filippiada, along with her siblings. He was only two months old at the time. Baby, that is.

Now she is no longer a baby, but a child, and as a child she wants guidance, love, consistency, and she wants someone to hold her hand and show her the world outside the shelter. This world, the big, the wonderful, the noisy, the strange.
