This is Costellos! He was found along with my brother on the street. I was starving and suffering from mange. He is a wonderful creature! Smart and super cute! He now lives here at the shelter and has already forgotten about the harsh past. He is a happy & healthy dog again! Oh! And he is looking for a loving home. Ideal for family with kids as well.
