You know what? She may not see anything, but with those eyebrows that look like a commedia dell'arte mask, it's as if she's looking at you.

Also, it's not just the eyebrows, it's that she knows so well how to locate where a sound is coming from, where you are in the space, and what's happening around her just by using her other senses, that it confuses you and makes you think she can see.

And this is something that happens with 99% of cats, especially cats that are born blind.

Not only do you not pity them or feel the need to help them get around the house, but they actually seem even more capable than sighted cats because they learn to use their other senses to the fullest, and you never get tired of watching them enjoy a world they don’t see but appear to perceive.

Sue is one of those kittens. She rambles, plays, chases toys, and it's like she sees and lacks nothing.

Sue came to the shelter when she was a baby, along with her two sisters. Unfortunately, one of them passed away, and Sue and Muffin are looking for a forever home.
