Rio

Rio

We named him of Rio, without thinking much about it, which means river in Spanish. Then we discovered that there is an Argentinian school, the Río Abierto (open river) which is essentially a method of expression through movement and dance, which reveals new movements for our body, activating muscles and joints that we would not normally use.

In very simple words, Rio Abierto tells you "move and dance without thinking about how you look and what image you present to others. Move and dance as you feel, not as you think you should feel." The name couldn't have suited him better.

Rio moves, with legs, tail and hair pouring out here and there, seemingly without any rhythm, but with the consequence of always being himself, and expressing what he feels.

He is incredibly handsome, and he is a puppy. He will run, he will jump, he will drive you crazy, and then he will sit still and look at you with this look, wise and at the same time naive.

He is a dog that makes you think he cannot learn anything, but that learns everything, as long as you have patience. He is a very human centered creature, with a thirst for life, for contact, and for experiences.

Rosa

Rosa

She has lived most of her life at home, as a beloved pet and family member, until her owner fell ill and Rosa ended up on the empty field next door, living outside and being fed by the neighbors.

She was full of dreads and tumors in the breasts, and when she finally came to us she was in a horrible state. It is very hard for a dog that has lived in a house, to end up like this. And this particular one is an incredibly good-natured creature, very sweet, and very sociable with people and with animals, who could have found another home very easily, before ending up on the street basically.

She is old, even though she looks young, but not so old that she cannot start her life all over again.

Ariel

Ariel

She is an adult and always looks like a puppy. Whatever she does, whatever pose she takes, whether she's sitting like a good girl getting a treat, whether she's walking, running, whether she's serious, whether she's smiling, Ariel has the freshness of a puppy, in her look, in the coat, and most importantly in the soul.

She is a cheerful dog, sweet, cooperative and incredibly good. He is a creature with a pure soul and a good heart.

She will go for a walk with you, she will sit next to you, she will sit with you, she will look you in the eyes, she will love you and she will trust you.She gets along well with dogs, with people and with the world and with life. She rejoices in simple things, and with this joy she makes simple things seem the most important, which they actually may be.

Tortilla

Tortilla

When she first came she was a little shy and scared, and while we wanted SO much to start smooshing her whiskers and eyebrows and squeezing her from top to bottom, we had to control ourselvesl. She had to approach us.

And she did want to get closer, and at the same time she was not sure. Through the whiskers and eyebrows and beard you could make out this: "I want but I don't know if I want to, let me think about it".

Tortilla has made huge stpes forward since the very day she came. Now you can wrinkle her face, make funny hairstyles on her hair, you can take her for a walk even though she doesn't know you, and you can enjoy her.

The better she gets to knwo you, the more she will be opened and the more she will be willing to let go end enjoy your company.

She is a good and sweet dog, and a little hesitant at first. And this hesitancy, and her low self-confidence, make her invisible in a shelter where she is perhaps the most spectacular dog around.

Beneath her hair and whiskers, there are many layers of dog personality that you will discover one by one when you take her home and make her yours.

She is vaccinated, spayed and healthy.

Marley

Marley

As if the wonderful tricolour was not enough, with the places of splashes on the white coat, and the ears pouring right and left as if they were two black pigtails unbuttoned, he has this two-toneness in one eye, which makes him unique.

So Marley, with one eye dark brown and the other half blue and half brown (yes, that is also possible), is one of those setters that are petite. He walks and floats and his hair and legs go right and left, he is incredibly cheerful and incredibly good.

He is a setter like all setters, sloppy, a little silly, and very, very tender. He was rescued from the street when he was still young, and whatever he had gone through in his previous life, he either doesn't remember it, or he doesn't care at all. He is ready to live the life he always deserved.
