She has lived most of her life at home, as a beloved pet and family member, until her owner fell ill and Rosa ended up on the empty field next door, living outside and being fed by the neighbors.

She was full of dreads and tumors in the breasts, and when she finally came to us she was in a horrible state. It is very hard for a dog that has lived in a house, to end up like this. And this particular one is an incredibly good-natured creature, very sweet, and very sociable with people and with animals, who could have found another home very easily, before ending up on the street basically.

She is old, even though she looks young, but not so old that she cannot start her life all over again.
