APOLLO

APOLLO

Apollo was in the public pound of Sparta, in a cage with other adult dogs and many puppies with symptoms of parvo.

He came with us to Athens and went straight into solitary confinement in the veterinary clinic, along with all the other puppies from that kennel. Only two of them recovered, Apollo and Artemis.

Now he has been discharged, and he never stops enjoying, playing and replenishing every moment of his lost childhood, which was wasted in the horrible kennel of Sparta and the infirmary. He is a luscious, cheerful, sociable boy. A puppy that is very cute and also happy.

It is currently available for virtual adoption only.

ARTEMIS

ARTEMIS

Artemis (in english Diana) was in the public pound of Sparta, in a cage with other adult dogs and many puppies with symptoms of parvo.

She came with us to Athens and went straight into solitary confinement in the veterinary clinic, along with all the other puppies from that crate. Only two of them recovered, her and Apollo.

Now she has been discharged, and she never stops enjoying, playing and replenishing every moment her lost childhood, which was wasted in the horrible kennel of Sparta and the informary. She is a luscious, cheerful, social girl. A puppy that is extremely cute and happy. She is probably an english setter mix.

RITSA

RITSA

The sweetest girl is this, sweet as honey, like her brown-blonde coat.

We had been warned of a sick dog, and when we got there we thought she would avoid us and we would have to chase her. Instead, she ran towards us, as if she knew us from yesterday, and was essentially rescued on her own, without us even having to try.

From the first day she behaves as if every acquaintance or stranger who approaches her is her best friend. She loves to be petted, loves walks and loves life. She is an incredibly good creature, made to be a companion and best friend of people and is ready for her forever home.

TONY

TONY

Something between Pinser and mongoose, with a pointy nose, two round beads for eyes and some discreet creases on the edge of the mouth, which make him look like he's dry-swallowing.

There you go, we've described Tony to you in appearance. He's a tiny boy, lilliputian on the body, and funny on the face. The funniest thing is when he concentrates so much on the delicacy that his eyes become twice as high, his head stays motionless, and waits there, sitting, like a good boy, with the attitude of the good boy, and a heart ready to be dedicated to you forever.

This doggie is a happy, funny creature that wants so much to learn, to understand, and feel the human contact, and shows it every moment, in every way.

He is ALSO quite cuddle. And he is ALSO young, and he is looking for a home. He came from the public pound of Sparta  with his twin brother, Montana.

MONTANA

MONTANA

He is incredibly sweet and the sweetest thing about him was always that little hesitation he had every time he'd first see you.

He wagged his tail non stop, he was so happy to have human presence around, that he did not stop smiling and shaking back and forth. It seemed that his heart wanted to run towards you and meet you, but at first he had a hesitation, as if he was not sure that it was allowed allowed.

Slowly, he started getting closer and closer. Today, he is a social happy boy. He still has this hesitation that is so cute about him whenever he is in an unknwon place, whenever he is in a situation he doesn't know. But his will to have company, to participate and to enjoy human presence is stronger than this hesitation.

Whenever we take the dogs out on a walk on volunteer day, we always pick him, and he is so happy to participate and be part of what's going on. It's as if his entire body is screaming OMG, HOW MUCH ARE WE HAVING HEY GUYS???

Montana and his (probably) brother, Tony, were among the smallest dogs we got from the public pound of Sparta

He is a dog that will love you very very much. The moew he hesitates the first five ten minutes to come to you, the more he will adore you after, once he realizes that you only want to be his friend.

VICTORIA

VICTORIA

Victoria came from the public pound of Sparta.

Locked in a cage, forgotten by life, with one eye, we almost overlooked her that day, as she was lying on the floor immobile, with ehr fur being the same colour as the dirt.

Along with her was also a male Griffon, David, both so malnourished as if they hadn't been fed for weeks, with their coat hiding their emaciated body and their wounds.

In a kennel nearby we also found two griffon puppies, most likely their children, living in their excrement, along with countless other puppies. Whether the puppies were born in there or not we can't know, what we do know is that we got an entire family destroyed. A family of dogs of those that people give money to buy.

Of the whole family, Victoria is the only one who from the very beginning was almost friendly and loving. He loves caresses and human contact, and is a friendly and calm dog.
