David came from the public pound of Sparta.

Locked in a cage, forgotten by life, he was so malnourished that it was as if he had been starved for weeks, with the coat hiding his skeletal body and his wounds.

With him there was also a female griffon, Victoria, with one eye, also malnourished.

In a kennel nearby we also found two griffon puppies, most likely their children, living in their excrement, along with countless other puppies. Whether the puppies were born in there or not we can't know, what we do know is that we got an entire family destroyed. A family of dogs of those that people give money to buy.

At first David didn't approach us easily, and he didn't trust us. With time he began to approach, and now he is much more functional than when he first came.
